Weirder the Better is owned and operated by individuals that are passionate about Circus. We have a large range of Circus products from Unicycles and Juggling Balls to Aerial Trapeze and Sliks. We love what we sell and we truly believe in the products we represent, we are passionate about providing customers with quality products.
Weirder the better has spent years researching circus equipment to bring you the finest quality. We support and promote products made by Circus people for Circus people.
It's our mission to find you the circus equipment you're after, we have all the usual suspects: Poi, Unicycles and Juggling balls.
We also have a large range of fire twirling equipment, from Fire Staff and Fire Poi to Fire Whips and fans.
We have a great range of professional circus equipment such as Juggling Clubs and Rings. Diabolo and Magic for all ages and abilities.
Hula Hoops for weight loss, travel and fun.
Over time we have added other goodies such as led hula hoops, fire juggling balls and even a penny farthing.
In 2007, Graham he started his online business Weirder the Better with the help of his family with a vision to provide access to circus equipment for those who share his passion. In the beginning he could only be found at local markets and fairs selling hand-made juggling balls in the Blue Mountains, NSW. In July 2008 he opened the first Weirder the Better retail outlet in Katoomba, where he still bases the business now.Self-taught juggler, unicyclist, stilt-walker, and acrobat, Graham Pinning is the owner and founder of Weirder the Better. After joining Zany Yare Youth Circus in 2005- where he is still a member- his passion for all things circus was ignited.
In 2009, Graham was invited to perform on his Powerstrider stilts for the Channel 7 Sunrise program, and his business venture has also bought him attention from the producers of the UK’s television show, “In Too Deep”, who filmed Graham using his stilts.
The shop has been a great success and is continually changing and developing along with the dynamic world of circus. The Weirder the Better circus shop is open 7 days a week and you only need ask for a demonstration of Graham’s skills, advice you on your own circus needs, or for a few pointers on how to juggle or ride a unicycle.

At Weirder the Better, you have one of the largest ranges of fire equipment in Australia to choose from including fire poi, fire staff, fire skipping ropes and fire whips.
